RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:

  • Custom or customized orders

  • Personalized orders

  • Used item(s)

  • Digital models

  • Damaged or destroyed items due to customer neglect or mishandling

For Cancellations:

Any and all cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the original order.

For Returns or Exchanges:

  •  Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

  • Ship the item(s) back within: 14 days of delivery

  • The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping to include shipping insurance.

  • The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original condition.

  • The item(s) must be packaged to prevent any damages during return shipping.

  • Any item(s) that are damaged or destroyed during return shipping as a result of negligent, insufficient or improper packaging will not be refunded.

  • All refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item(s) are received.

Free Local Delivery:

Free local delivery is available in the greater metro San Antonio area within a 20 mile radius of the shop. Personal pickup is also available. If personal pickup is requested please contact us to make the requested arrangements.

For local delivery use promo code: local delivery to remove the shipping charge(s) from your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If any item(s) are returned to us or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by you during your order then you will be responsible for the payment of any shipping charges, overages or any other costs associated with the shipping changes.

If you notice an incorrect address on your invoice please contact us immediately.

Damaged or destroyed item(s) as a result of shipping:

If your item(s) were damaged or destroyed or rendered unusable as a result of negligent shipping your order may be replaced, refunded or exchanged. If the item(s) was a customized or personalized order we will make all attempts to replicate the order. Please save the item(s), the packaging and any/all paperwork and if possible document the damages with photos in order to help us facilitate a claim through the shipper.
